Itinera et Pontes No.1, this is the first of my latest series of symbolic impressionist photographic compositions, this time with the theme 'Paths and Bridges'. Paths and Bridges are one of the most significant symbolic images in art, photography, cinematography, culture and religion. The amount of meanings they can allude to are almost beyond counting. They indicate travel, transition, transformation, linkage, progression and a whole range of other metaphors, analogies, allegories and portents.
